Franciacorta ’Gran Cuvée Alma Brut‘ Azienda Agricola Bellavista

This cuvée represents the essence of Franciacorta and the idea of harmony of Bellavista’s ’Metodo Franciacorta ‘. It is mainly made from Chardonnay grapes, then Pinot Noir and a small proportion of Pinot Blanc. In the cellar, it is blended by skillful hands picking from numerous harvest selections and some ‘reserve’ wines from previous vintages, an indispensable treasure to perpetuate the house style over time. Further determining factors are the fermentation and the élevage of part of the base wines in small white oak barrels, which bring intensity and complexity. The colour of the wine is straw yellow with green streaks, the perlage fine and continuous. Broad and enveloping, the bouquet ranges from ripe fruit to fresh flowers and hints of vanilla and pastry.
